Setup for Art Plastics Tradelink XML EDI Operations in the WLAP entity

A new & address record will need to be established in WLAP for each Tradelink delivery location with the two fields indicated established, so that the XML sales orders can be connected to a delivery record by a look-up of the 4 digit store number and to a state debtor using the LILAC Debtor key.
